1. Understand, clear, and master the basics
Clear your basics first! The first and foremost step to achieve your goal of mastering the QA answers is to clear your basic Maths first. The use of mathematical formulas and concepts is an irreplaceable and indispensible tool to answer the QA answers.
If you are not good at them, work on them, and practice them in everyday scenarios to have a better grasp of them.
Use mnemonics, to try to memorize formulas you have a hard time with. Mnemonics are techniques for remembering anything more easily. For instance, in any right-angled triangle, for any angle:
The sine of the angle = the length of the opposite side
the length of the hypotenuse
The cosine of the angle = the length of the adjacent side
the length of the hypotenuse
The tangent of the angle = the length of the opposite side
the length of the adjacent side
This formula is often remembered as, ‘soh cah toa‘. So, you can learn the formulas for sine, cosine, and tangent of an angle with it, by shortening it to: “SOH CAH TOA.”
In “SOH CAH TOA: Sine is the length of the Opposite side over the length of the Hypotenuse. Cosine is the length of the Adjacent over the length of the Hypotenuse. And Tangent is the length of the Opposite side over the length of the Adjacent.
